St.George Fun

We went down and visited Grandma in June and as always had ourselves a great time.  It was just all my sisters and kids, no hubbies.  Toquerville is the perfect place to visit with kids.  SOOOOO many fun things to do their, such as the waterfall, the water hole with a rope swing, four wheelers, Zions and hiking and sooo much more.  My mom took me and my sisters to Tuachan to see Hairspray and it was so good, as they always are.  Thanks for the fun trip once again sisters!

 

So we were really cramped for room with all of us there and well we are basically a primary when we all get together but trey slept in the food storage room.  This kid has arms that can reach anything.  Including 2 boxes of crackers and a jar of slasa, when he was suppoed to be sleeping.  I came in to find this mess when he awoke from him nap!

I can't believe it but Mya did jump off the rope swing, I was so proud of her.  That is a huge deal for this little princess.

Marlee Moo Moo turned 3!!!!!

Marlee turned 3!  She is definantly the center of attention wherever we go.  She is always making us and others laugh.  Her personality it contagious, and light hearted.  She is a bundle of energy and never seizes to make me laugh everyday.  Here are some cousins and friends who came to celebrate it with her!

 Trey LOVES bowling.  Oh my gosh this is the first time we have taken him and me and Todd could not stop laughing, he was sooo excited to watch the balls come shooting out of this.  And he didn't roll the balls, he chucked the balls.  It was so entertaining watching him.

Taelynn won the lottery on an arcade game and won 1000 tickets!!!!  It was awesome!

Cookie and Bills Vows

So I grew up a little different.  I had three moms I was raised by.  One of them as many and us and our kids know as cookie!  Well she married an amazing man named Bill and he has become a beloved father figure to me while I grew up and still is one now.  I love Cookie and Bill and although we've had our fair share of differences, you can't replace childhood memories.  Bill aka Grandpa Bill was diagnosed with Cancer about 3 months ago and it's been a hard road ever since.  Cookie and Bill decieded to renew their vows, since the first time they married they went off on their own and did it without us!  lol.  It was one of the most emotional, touching ceremony I have ever attended.  It was beautiful, and everything was just right, well except the 100 degree weather.  I was so happy to be apart of that and my kids.

What a HALF MARATHON???

Ok, not me but I so wish it was....my baby sis, the only un-athletic one growing up ran her first half marathon in Odgen.  I say amazing!!!  She did increcible and did it in 2 hrs and 30 min! I admired her for her endurance and hard work training for this thing for months, while getting a new baby and other family ups and downs.  She stuck with it and I am so proud of her.  I hope to run one with her one day!!

Also you will see the "For Bill" thing on all of their arms, my sweet dad, well the only dad I really knew closely growing up just was diagnosed with cancer and only given months to live.  This news has devestated me and my family to the very core.  His wife cookie, as we call her, is an amazing lady and is doing all she can to be there for him.  They ran this race for him.

One Little Girl has been very busy...

Mya has been one busy little girl lately.  She graduated pre-school and did a very cute program and also had her end of the year dance recitial.  It was sooooo cute and good.  I do apologize about the 100 photos of her in her dance costume but she just looked so cute, as a mom I got carried away!!!

This is my dear friend Jan.  She has watched my kids since Marlee was born!!!  I am so blessed to have found her, she has been a second mom to my children and our kids think their siblings.  I love Jan so much and she has loved, taught and cared for my children on all the days I am at work.  I am so grateful to her and the influence she has had on my kids!
